《能源行业数据安全管理办法（试行）》公开征求意见

"Energy Industry Data Security Management Measures (Trial)" Public Solicitation of Opinions

近日，国家能源局为贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于数据安全的决策部署，规范能源行业数据处理活动，加强数据安全管理，防范数据安全风险，促进数据开发利用，根据《中华人民共和国数据安全法》《中华人民共和国网络安全法》《中华人民共和国能源法》《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》《网络数据安全管理条例》等法律法规，编制了《能源行业数据安全管理办法（试行）（征求意见稿）》，现向社会公开征求意见。

Recently, in order to implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on data security, standardize data processing activities in the energy industry, strengthen data security management, prevent data security risks, and promote data development and utilization, the National Energy Administration has compiled the "Energy Industry Data Security Management Measures (Trial) (Draft for Comment)" in accordance with the "Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China" Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, "Energy Law of the People's Republic of China," Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, "Network Data Security Management Regulations" and other laws and regulations.
