近日，越南国家石油集团(PVN)宣布，旗下子公司越南天然气公司正在推进一项液化天然气(LNG)接收站扩建计划，将位于东南部巴地—头顿省盖梅工业园区的Thi

Recently, Vietnam National Petroleum Corporation (PVN) announced that its subsidiary Vietnam Gas Company is advancing a liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal expansion plan, which will be located in Thi in the Cai Mai Industrial Park in the southeastern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau.

Vai液化天然气接收站的年接收能力从100万吨提升至300万吨。该项目总投资额将达8.867万亿越盾。根据计划，该项目的前期工程设计、预算编制和审查业务将于今年9月底前进行招标。

The annual receiving capacity of the Vai LNG terminal has been upgraded from 1 million tons to 3 million tons. The total investment of the project will reach 8.867 trillion VND. According to the plan, the preliminary engineering design, budget preparation and review business of the project will be tendered before the end of September this year.

Vai液化天然气接收站于2019年10月开工建设，一期工程于2023年10月竣工。该接收站的储存设施容量为18万立方米，年接收能力为100万吨。除储存设施外，该接收站还配备有最大可接纳10万载重吨的LNG船进口港。

Construction of the Vai LNG terminal started in October 2019, with the first phase completed in October 2023. The terminal has a storage facility capacity of 180,000 cubic meters and an annual receiving capacity of 1 million tons. In addition to storage facilities, the receiving terminal is also equipped with an entry port for LNG ships with a maximum capacity of 100,000 dwt.
