近日，总投资6.5亿元的禾邦新能源汽车用功能材料生产总部基地项目正式签约落户咸宁高新区。该项目由禾邦新材料科技有限公司投资建设，将聚焦新能源及汽车用高端电子材料、高端聚氨酯材料的研发与生产，为咸宁高端新材料产业链注入强劲动能，助力区域产业高质量发展。

Recently, the Hebang New Energy Vehicle Functional Materials Production Headquarters Base Project with a total investment of 650 million yuan was officially signed and settled in Xianning High-tech Zone. The project is invested and constructed by Hebang New Material Technology Co., Ltd., which will focus on the research and development and production of high-end electronic materials and high-end polyurethane materials for new energy and automobiles, inject strong kinetic energy into Xianning's high-end new material industry chain, and help the high-quality development of regional industries.

此次禾邦新材落地咸宁，将分两期推进项目建设，逐步构建“研发+生产+销售”一体化的总部基地。一期项目计划投资1.5亿元，租赁厂房面积约5000平方米，重点建设新能源及汽车用高端电子材料、高端聚氨酯材料及制品生产线。建设周期为6个月，预计2026年4月正式投产。全面达产后将实现年产值3亿元，年税收约1000万元。二期项目计划投资5亿元，规划用地30亩。全部建成后，项目年产值将提升至8亿-10亿元，年税收增至3000万元，届时咸宁基地将成为禾邦新材料科技有限公司辐射华中地区的核心生产枢纽，助力企业拓展新能源汽车材料市场份额。

This time, Hebang New Materials landed in Xianning, and the project construction will be promoted in two phases, gradually building a headquarters base integrating "R&D + production + sales". The first phase of the project plans to invest 150 million yuan, with a leased factory area of about 5,000 square meters, focusing on the construction of high-end electronic materials, high-end polyurethane materials and product production lines for new energy and automobiles. The construction period is 6 months and it is expected to be officially put into production in April 2026. After full production, it will achieve an annual output value of 300 million yuan and an annual tax revenue of about 10 million yuan. The second phase of the project plans to invest 500 million yuan, with a planned land area of 30 mu. After completion, the annual output value of the project will increase to 800 million-1 billion yuan, and the annual tax revenue will increase to 30 million yuan. By then, the Xianning base will become the core production hub of Hebang New Material Technology Co., Ltd. radiating to central China, helping enterprises expand the market share of new energy automotive materials.
