Publicity! Leadership Classes of Many Higher Vocational Colleges in Ningxia are to be adjusted

6月30日，中共宁夏区委组织部发布《领导干部任前公示公告》(2025年第8号)，涉及宁夏多所院校的领导班子调整。

On June 30th, the Organization Department of Ningxia District Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the "Public Announcement of Leading Cadres Pre-appointment" (No.8, 2025), which involved the adjustment of the leadership teams of many colleges and universities in Ningxia.

根据《领导干部任前公示办法》的规定，现对拟任用的8名干部公示如下：

According to the provisions of the Measures for Publicity of Leading Cadres before Appointment, the eight cadres to be appointed are publicized as follows:

阮越盛，男，汉族，1968年6月出生，大学学历，中共党员。现任自治区疾病预防控制局党组书记、局长，区卫生健康委员会党组成员、副主任，拟任区直单位正厅级领导职务。

Ruan Yuesheng, male, Han nationality, born in June 1968, university degree, member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the party secretary and director of the Autonomous Region Disease Control and Prevention Bureau, a member of the party group and deputy director of the District Health and Wellness Committee, and is proposed to be the leadership position at the department level of the district unit.

杜勇，女，回族，1971年3月出生，博士研究生学历，民盟盟员。现任自治区卫生健康委员会副主任，民盟宁夏区委会副主委(不驻会)，拟任区直单位正厅级领导职务。

Du Yong, female, Hui nationality, born in March 1971, holds a doctoral degree and is a member of the NLD. He is currently the deputy director of the Autonomous Region Health Committee, the deputy chairman of the Ningxia District Committee of the Democratic League (not resident), and is proposed to be appointed as a leader at the department level of a district-level unit.

刘凯华，男，汉族，1969年2月出生，中央党校研究生学历，中共党员。现任中卫市委常委、纪委书记、监委主任，二级高级监察官，拟任区直单位正厅级领导职务。

Liu Kaihua, male, Han nationality, born in February 1969, graduated from the Central Party School and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of zhongwei Municipal Committee, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, director of the Supervisory Commission, and a second-level senior supervisor. He is proposed to be the leader of the department level of the district-level unit.

陈志勇，男，汉族，1978年8月出生，大学学历，中共党员。现任宁夏财经职业技术学院党委书记，拟任区属高等院校正职。

Chen Zhiyong, male, Han nationality, born in August 1978, university degree, member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the Party Secretary of Ningxia Vocational and Technical College of Finance and Economics, and is proposed to be the full-time post of district-affiliated institutions of higher learning.

宛国成，男，回族，1967年4月出生，中央党校研究生学历，中共党员。现任宁夏建设职业技术学院党委副书记、院长，拟进一步使用。

Wan Guocheng, male, Hui nationality, born in April 1967, graduated from the Central Party School and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the deputy secretary and president of the Party Committee of Ningxia Construction Vocational and Technical College, and plans to use it further.

张静，女，汉族，1971年2月出生，大学学历，中共党员。现任宁夏艺术职业学院党委副书记，拟任区属高职院校正职。

Zhang Jing, female, Han nationality, born in February 1971, university degree, member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Ningxia Art Vocational College, and is proposed to be the full-time post of higher vocational colleges in the district.

宁晓娟，女，汉族，1970年7月出生，宁夏党校研究生学历，中共党员。现任宁夏工商职业技术学院党委副书记，拟任区属高职院校正职。

Ning Xiaojuan, female, Han nationality, born in July, 1970, graduated from Ningxia Party School and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Ningxia Vocational and Technical College of Industry and Commerce, and is proposed to be the full-time post of higher vocational colleges in the district.

何秉海，男，回族，1974年2月出生，大学学历，中共党员。现任石嘴山市教育局党组书记、局长兼市政府教育督导室主任督学、市教育党工委书记、一级调研员，拟任区属高职院校正职。

He Binghai, male, Hui nationality, born in February 1974, university degree, member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the Party Secretary and Director of Shizuishan Education Bureau, the Director of the Education Supervision Office of the Municipal Government, the Secretary of the Municipal Education Party Working Committee, and the first-class researcher. He is proposed to be the full-time post of higher vocational colleges in the district.
