Li Ming was appointed as Party Secretary of Ocean University of China

7月2日，教育部党组在中国海洋大学宣布了有关任免决定，李明同志任中国海洋大学党委书记，田辉同志不再担任中国海洋大学党委书记职务。教育部党组成员、副部长、人事司司长徐青森出席会议并讲话。山东省委组织部有关负责同志出席会议并讲话。

On July 2nd, the Party Group of the Ministry of Education announced the appointment and dismissal decision at Ocean University of China. Comrade Li Ming was appointed as the Party Secretary of Ocean University of China, and Comrade Tian Hui no longer served as the Party Secretary of Ocean University of China. Xu Qingsen, member of the Party Leadership Group, Vice Minister and Director of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Education, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. 李明，1971年9月出生，研究生，理学博士，中共党员。曾任潍坊医学院党委书记，山东省委教育工委常务副书记，省教育厅党组书记、厅长。

Li Ming, born in September 1971, graduate student, doctor of science, member of the Communist Party of China. He used to be Party Secretary of Weifang Medical College, Executive Deputy Secretary of Education Working Committee of Shandong Provincial Party Committee, Party Secretary and Director of Provincial Department of Education.
