《中国民航报》、中国民航网 记者潘瑾瑜 报道：9月16日，第十三届海峡两岸飞行安全暨飞行技术研讨会在天津举办，会期3天。本届研讨会以“聚两岸智慧立安全基石 研飞行技术赋人才新能”为主题，一百多位来自两岸航空公司、大学、协会的代表欢聚一堂，交流技术，交融情感。民航局总飞行师熊杰出席会议并致辞。

Pan Jinyu, a reporter from China Civil Aviation News and China Civil Aviation Network, reported: On September 16, the 13th Cross-Strait Flight Safety and Flight Technology Seminar was held in Tianjin for three days. The theme of this seminar is "Gathering Cross-Strait Wisdom to Build the Cornerstone of Safety, Research Flight Technology and Empower Talents with New Capabilities". More than 100 representatives from cross-strait airlines, universities and associations gathered together to exchange technologies and blend feelings. Xiong Jie, chief pilot of CAAC, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
