赤峰机场安八月顺利完成转场，通过分析研讨旅客过检服务中的要点难点，针对旅客开箱包检查后的切实需及禁限带物品处理的典型问题，在继续推行＂邮寄小助手＂业务的基础上，进一步优化提出＂优先pass卡＂和＂一日存＂服务。在遇有旅客需要办理托运时，＂优先pass卡＂可免去旅客二次排队过检，能够节省时间舒缓焦虑不满情绪，协助旅客按时登机。＂一日存＂服务对比以往暂存业务，流程简洁临时协议，对于急客无需签写暂存单据，保障旅客完成物品交接的同时不会因填写单据耽误登机，减少旅客因急于登机没时间填写单据而被迫自弃物品产生不满情绪，让服务更有效率，助旅客出行无忧。另创新增设遗留物品存放处并为遗留物品填写备注标签，内容注明遗留时间、通道号和记录人，整理完毕后统一放置存放处，当旅客返回寻找时，工作人员可依据标签内容及时准确的帮助旅客找回，能够增强旅客的过检体验与满意度。
