内蒙古自治区五原县：现代农业发展底气足、势头好

这几天，随着葵花籽陆续成熟，内蒙古自治区巴彦淖尔市五原县街巷飘香。满载葵花籽的货车，一辆接一辆驶进五原工业园区。过不了多久，多种经过深加工的葵花籽产品，就会摆上全国各地商超的货架。

Trucks loaded with sunflower seeds drove into Wuyuan Industrial Park one by one. Before long, a variety of deeply processed sunflower seed products will be put on the shelves of supermarkets across the country.

五原县葵花籽种植条件优越，年播种面积占全国10%以上，产量占全国14%左右，交易量占全国16%左右。“目前，葵花籽为五原县农民带来人均近5000元的收入，占县里农民人均年收入的40%左右。”五原县农牧业技术推广中心主任李二珍说。

2015年，五原县与三瑞农业科技股份有限公司合作，成立三瑞农科向日葵科学院。截至目前，三瑞农科向日葵科学院已获得17项发明和外观设计专利，取得9个品种的授权，并建成入库品系5600余份的向日葵种质资源库。在此基础上，五原县培育了13家育种研发经销企业，还建起3个农资交易市场，打通了葵花籽直通国内国际市场的平台。借助途经巴彦淖尔的中欧班列，五原县葵花籽搭上了共建“一带一路”快车，已累计外销1150余吨。

With the help of the China Europe train passing through Bayannur, Wuyuan County sunflower seeds have taken the "the Belt and Road" express, and have been exported more than 1150 tons.

不仅是葵花籽，越来越多的现代农业产业正在五原县结出累累硕果。地处河套平原腹地的五原县，是内蒙古传统农牧业大县，一直以丰富优质的特色农产品名扬四方。党的十八大以来，五原县贯彻新发展理念，大力实施乡村振兴战略，走出了一条以生态优先、绿色发展为导向，一二三产深度融合发展的富民强县之路。

出五原县城向南两公里，便是五原县的工业园区。园区产业主要以农产品加工为主，现入驻企业达162家，吸纳就业人员1万多人。“初级农产品在这里加工后，平均增值50%以上。去年，整个园区的生产总值达到81.6亿元，年增长率约5%。”五原工业园区党工委书记张玉忠说。

近年来，五原县已培育形成葵花、肉鸡、肉羊、果蔬、玉米、奶羊六大主导产业，建成各类农牧业园区138个，累计结成农企利益联结链条902个，辐射带动农户3.8万户，人均增收2000元以上。
