长春市中级人民法院认为，被告人孙力军的行为已构成受贿罪、操纵证券市场罪、非法持有枪支罪。孙力军受贿数额特别巨大，收受贿赂后为多人谋取职务提拔、调整，利用职权插手案件办理，干预医药、金融等民生领域正常经济活动，犯罪情节特别严重，社会影响特别恶劣，给国家和人民利益造成特别重大损失，论罪应当判处死刑；孙力军操纵证券市场，情节特别严重；非法持有枪支，情节严重，亦应依法惩处，并与其所犯受贿罪并罚。鉴于孙力军到案后提供其他重大案件线索经查证属实，有重大立功表现，并主动交代办案机关尚不掌握的部分受贿事实，如实供述全部犯罪事实，能够认罪悔罪，且积极配合追赃，大部分赃款赃物及孳息已追缴到案，具有法定、酌定从轻处罚情节，对其判处死刑，可不立即执行。根据孙力军犯罪的事实、情节和对国家、社会造成的严重危害，决定在其死刑缓期执行二年期满依法减为无期徒刑后，终身监禁，不得减刑、假释。法庭遂作出上述判决。
