国内首个两系籼粳交旱稻品种开展实收测评

Harvest evaluation of the first two-line indica-japonica upland rice variety in China

7月31日，在安徽省六安市裕安区江家店镇百亩连片水稻（旱稻）基地，国内知名水稻专家齐聚田头，对2022年安徽省重大科技攻关专项项目——两系籼粳交绿色节水稻（旱稻）品种“鑫两优香128”“一种两收”丰产优质绿色增效技术示范头季进行现场实收测评。

On July 31, at the 100 mu continuous rice (upland rice) base in Jiangjiadian Town, Yu'an District, Lu'an City, Anhui Province, well-known domestic rice experts gathered in the field to conduct on-the-spot evaluation on the first season of the 2022 major scientific and technological research project in Anhui Province - the Two-line Indica japonica Green Festival rice (upland rice) variety "xinliangyouxiang 128" and "one kind and two harvests" high-yield, high-quality and green efficiency technology demonstration.

该项目主持单位为安徽友鑫农业科技有限公司，参与实收测评的专家来自中国农科院水稻所、浙江省农科院、江西省农科院、扬州大学、安徽省农业农村厅、安徽农业大学、安徽省农科院、安徽省农技推广总站、安徽省种子管理总站等部门和机构。

百亩连片示范田选用的品种为合肥市友鑫生物技术研究中心选育的两系籼粳交绿色节水稻（旱稻）品种“鑫两优香128”。该品种3月24日浸种，3月26日播种，4月23日机插秧。现场实收测评时，所有田块稻谷处于87%黄熟，长势良好，亩有效穗19.6万穗，千粒重26克，且穗型较大；茎杆、谷粒、叶、米香味浓，茎秆壮植株矮（株高100厘米左右），所有功能叶均为绿色，结实正常，无穗芽，全程开花灌浆期高温，结实率83.7%以上。

The variety selected for the 100 mu continuous demonstration field is the Two-line Indica japonica green rice (upland rice) variety "xinliangyouxiang 128" selected by Hefei Youxin biotechnology research center. The variety was soaked on March 24, sown on March 26, and transplanted on April 23. At the time of field collection evaluation, the rice in all fields was at 87% yellow maturity, with good growth, 196000 ears per mu, 26G 1000 grain weight, and large ear type; The stems, grains, leaves and rice are fragrant, the stems are strong and the plants are short (the plant height is about 100 cm). All functional leaves are green, the fruit is normal, and there are no spikes and buds. The whole flowering and filling period is high temperature, and the seed setting rate is over 83.7%.

按照农业农村部超级稻验收办法，专家组随机选取机收第一块田面积为2.12亩，称取鲜谷重量1945.93公斤，去除杂质1%，按照14.5%（粳）标准含水量折合标粮平均亩产725.72公斤。选取第二块田面积2.46亩，称取鲜谷重量2203.72公斤，去除杂质1%，按照14.5%（粳）标准含水量折合标粮平均亩产719.8公斤，两块田合计折合标粮722.76公斤。据测算，正季全生育期127天，日均产量5.69kg。

According to the super rice acceptance method of the Ministry of agriculture and rural areas, the expert group randomly selected the first machine harvested field with an area of 2.12 mu, weighed 1945.93 kg of fresh grain, removed 1% of impurities, and converted the average yield of standard grain per mu to 725.72 kg according to the standard water content of 14.5% (japonica). The second field covers an area of 2.46 mu, the weight of fresh grain is 2203.72 kg, and the impurities are removed by 1%. According to the standard water content of 14.5% (japonica), the average yield of standard grain per mu is 719.8 kg, and the total yield of the two fields is 722.76 kg. It is estimated that the full growth period of the season is 127 days, and the average daily output is 5.69kg.

“鑫两优香128”是国内首个真正的两系籼粳交旱稻品种，耐低温和高温，耐旱性强，抗衰性强，茎杆木质层厚，抗倒性强。该品种己通过安徽区域及非洲博茨瓦纳国家审定和认定，系博茨瓦纳首个绿色节水稻（旱稻）通过合法知识产权的品种。

"Xinliang Youxiang 128" is the first real Two-line Indica Japonica Hybrid dry rice variety in China. It is resistant to low temperature and high temperature, strong drought resistance, strong aging resistance, thick wood layer of stem and strong lodging resistance. This variety has been approved and recognized by Anhui Province and African Botswana, and it is the first Green Festival rice (upland rice) in Botswana that has passed the legal intellectual property rights.
