本报北京8月2日电 （记者张璁）记者从最高人民检察院获悉：今年以来，全国检察机关深化落实防止干预司法“三个规定”，坚决防止说情打招呼、干预插手案件等积弊顽疾反弹回潮，从源头上防止关系案、人情案、金钱案发生。上半年，全国检察机关共记录报告过问或干预、插手检察办案等重大事项75922件。其中，最高检填报339件，省级检察院填报2888件，市级检察院填报15815件，基层检察院填报56880件，分别占比0.4%、3.8%、20.8%和75%。

Among them, the highest procuratorate filled in 339 cases, the provincial procuratorate filled in 2888 cases, the municipal procuratorate filled in 15815 cases, and the grass-roots procuratorate filled in 56880 cases, accounting for 0.4%, 3.8%, 20.8% and 75% respectively.

据了解，记录报告内容绝大多数是了解案件进展以及对检察工作的监督督促。其中，反映情况、了解进展、督促依法公正办案70601件，占比93%；反映干预、插手检察办案1166件，占比1.5%；在非工作时间、非办公地点与案件当事人、律师等接触交往4155件，占比5.5%。

数据显示，检察人员被记录占比下降。从被记录人员所属单位类别看，非检察机关人员68105人，占比89.7%；检察机关人员7817人，占比10.3%，较去年同期下降3.9个百分点。最高检表示，下一步，检察机关将深入组织开展对“三个规定”填报中被记录报告检察人员的专项核查工作，并建立常态化工作机制，形成“记录、甄别、核查、追责、通报”工作闭环。
