In recent years, thanks to the Shanghe Hangzhou high-speed railway, the time cost for pharmaceutical companies to purchase goods in Jiangsu and other places has been reduced by about two-thirds. Bozhou is the "Chinese Pharmaceutical Capital" with outstanding advantages in pharmaceutical industry resources, land, and human resources, and has the industrial foundation to undertake the transfer of the biopharmaceutical industry from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. The opening of high-speed rail has broken the transportation bottleneck in Bozhou, strengthened exchanges and cooperation with Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, attracted funds, gathered talents, and strengthened industrial clusters.
