米桑油田是伊拉克东南部的亿吨级大型油田。这里地处贫瘠荒凉的戈壁滩，是大漠深处的“生命禁区”，夏季最高气温近60℃。2017年至今，中国海油采油公司伊拉克团队在这里奋斗了7年，为米桑油田实现从日产8.8万桶到30万桶的历史性跨越，贡献了青春力量和自身价值。7年来，中伊双方员工在炎炎烈日下、在狂风暴雨中、在滚滚黄尘里并肩作战，他们的手越握越紧，在建设“绿色米桑”“智慧米桑”的道路上盛开了“石油花”。
Maysan Oilfield is an oilfield of billion-ton scale in southern Iraq. Here, amidst the barren and desolate dunes of the Gobi Desert, lies a "lifeless zone" deep within the vast expanse, where summer temperatures soar near 60°C. Since 2017, China National Offshore Oil Corporation's Iraqi team has been working tirelessly here for seven years, contributing their youthfulness and value to achieve a historic leap from daily production of 88,000 barrels to 300,000 barrels in Maysan油田. Over the past seven years, Chinese and Iranian employees have stood side by side in scorching heat, fierce winds, and swirling dust, their hands growing tighter as they worked together on the construction of "Green Misang" and "Smart Misang," where "petroleum flowers" blossomed along the way.

2023年12月31日15时56分，米桑油田处理中心96米高的新火炬头成功点火，标志着策划2年之久、持续40余天的火炬头更换及天然气处理厂(NGP)停产大修项目圆满完成。
At 15:56 on December 31, 2023, the new 96-meter-high flare tip at the Misang Oilfield Processing Center was successfully ignited, marking the successful completion of the planned 2-year flare tip replacement and natural gas processing plant (NGP) shutdown maintenance project that lasted for more than 40 days.
天然气处理厂在2023年11月30日20时按计划熄灭主火炬，全面进入停产检修阶段。由于天然气处理厂停产导致天然气供应量短缺，油田电厂只能单台机组运行，发电量无法满足油田稳产30万桶/日的需求。项目团队再次临危受命地拿出了一套检修期间低压脱酸装置上线的可行性方案。团队巧妙地对现有工艺流程进行了技术改造，将工艺流程中生产的酸气安全的引入到临时地面火炬系统，解决了重启低压脱酸装置技术瓶颈。2023年12月7日，经过技术革新后NGP低压脱酸装置上线，满足了油田电厂的用气需求，保障了油田生产。
On November 30, 2023, at 20:00, the natural gas processing plant shut down the main flare as planned and entered a comprehensive shutdown and maintenance phase. Due to the shutdown of the natural gas processing plant leading to a shortage of natural gas supply, the oilfield power plant could only run a single unit, and the power generation capacity could not meet the demand of stable production of 300,000 barrels per day in the oilfield. The project team once again took on the task and proposed a feasible plan to put the low-pressure acid gas removal unit online during the maintenance period. The team ingeniously carried out technical transformation of the existing process flow, safely introducing the acid gas produced in the process flow into the temporary ground flare system, solving the technical bottleneck of restarting the low-pressure acid gas removal unit. On December 7, 2023, after technological innovation, the NGP low-pressure acid gas removal unit went online, meeting the gas demand of the oilfield power plant and ensuring oilfield production.
项目团队实施了详尽的前置准备工作，制定检修方案8份，细化到了每一处阀门和管线，实施检修项目107个，历时30天完成了大修任务，比计划工期缩短了15天。检修期间累计开具作业许可416份，安全人工时12300小时。
The project team conducted thorough pre-preparation work, developed 8 maintenance plans, detailed to every valve and pipeline, implemented 107 maintenance projects, and completed the overhaul task in 30 days, 15 days ahead of schedule. During the maintenance period, a total of 416 work permits were issued, with 12,300 hours of safety man-hours.

2020年，采油公司在米桑油田电潜泵项目竞标中一举夺魁，正式在这片长约30千米，宽约20千米，总面积达600平方千米的土地上，拉开了248口油井电潜泵管理和运行的序幕。项目的技术人员铆足了劲，战天斗地，开始了一场轰轰烈烈的电潜泵维保运动。
In 2020, the oil company won the bid for the electric submersible pump project in the Misang oilfield, officially kicking off the management and operation of 248 oil wells with electric submersible pumps on this land measuring approximately 30 kilometers long, 20 kilometers wide, and with a total area of 600 square kilometers. The project's technical staff worked hard and started a vigorous maintenance and operation campaign for electric submersible pumps.
伊拉克的夏天平均气温55℃，但高温没有让团队人员退却。他们人均每日巡井6次，每次两个多小时，期间工服湿了干，干了湿。归来时，工服上早已印上了一圈圈厚厚的盐渍。
In Iraq, the average temperature in summer is 55°C, but the high temperature did not deter the team members. They patrol the wells six times a day, spending over two hours each time. During the patrols, their work clothes alternated between being soaked with sweat and dried by the scorching sun. By the time they returned, their clothes were already marked with thick rings of salt stains.
米桑油田位于两伊边境，至今还埋藏着两伊战争时期的几百万颗地雷，严重威胁着项目员工的生命安全。项目员工集思广益，综合当地居民的生活经验以及排雷部队的安全报告，绘制出较为安全的行进路线图。项目员工多次与本地司机谈心，深入了解文化差异，提高了本地司机的服务意识，在油田内实现每天24小时随时用车，使项目“一井一策”等精细化管理策略得以顺利实施，为油田稳产提供了坚实的后勤保障。电泵变频器故障率同比降低27%，单井平均关停井次同比降低54%。项目员工硬是凭借良好的服务意识，成为油田上产稳产的中流砥柱。
The Misang oilfield is located on the border between Iraq and Iran, and is still buried with millions of landmines from the Iraq-Iran war, posing a serious threat to the safety of project employees. The project employees brainstormed, integrated the life experience of local residents and the safety reports of demining teams, and drew up a relatively safe route map. Project employees have had heart-to-heart talks with local drivers many times, deepening their understanding of cultural differences and improving the service awareness of local drivers. They have achieved 24-hour on-demand vehicle use in the oilfield, enabling the smooth implementation of refined management strategies such as "one well, one strategy", and providing solid logistical support for stable oilfield production. The failure rate of electric pump frequency converters has decreased by 27% year-on-year, and the average number of well shutdowns per well has decreased by 54% year-on-year. With their excellent service awareness, project employees have become the backbone of stable production in the oilfield.

项目团队在距离米桑油田终端处理厂58千米外的底格里斯河水泵站，每天开足马力，源源不断地为沿途村庄和米桑油田提供生活用水。
The project team operates the pump station on the Tigris River, 58 kilometers away from the Misang oil field terminal processing plant, running at full capacity every day to provide a continuous supply of water for the villages along the way and the Misang oil field.
为了保证充足稳定的生活用水供应，采油公司在米桑油田水处理厂项目员工每月都会对油田外的底格里斯河水泵站进行巡检工作。底格里斯河水泵站工程师Majid，每个月最希望见到的就是他们这一行人。多次工作上的交流，使他与项目人员建立起深厚的友谊。项目人员高超的技术支持，有效地解决了底格里斯河水泵站的生产运行难题，沿线的村庄从此摆脱了没有自来水的历史，每天充足的淡水供应，使他们生活水平有了质的飞跃。
In order to ensure an adequate and stable supply of water for daily life, the oil company conducts monthly inspections of the Euphrates River water pumping station outside the Misaneh oil field water treatment plant. Majid, the engineer at the Euphrates River water pumping station, always looks forward to seeing this group of people every month. Through multiple exchanges at work, he has built a deep friendship with the project personnel. The project personnel's excellent technical support effectively solved the production and operation challenges of the Euphrates River water pumping station, allowing the villages along the river to break free from the history of no running water. With a sufficient supply of fresh water every day, their living standards have made a qualitative leap.
如今，对于伊拉克米桑本地的居民来说，一年四季的用油、用气、用水都更加有保障，米桑油田每天还有20余万桶原油输送到世界各地。
Nowadays, for the residents of Missan in Iraq, the supply of oil, gas, and water throughout the year is more secure, with over 200,000 barrels of crude oil from the Missan oil field being transported around the world every day.

2017年，采油公司首获米桑油田天然气处理厂操作服务项目后，海外团队苦练技术本领，先后拿下水处理厂操作服务、电潜泵操维服务、原油处理厂操作服务等项目。随着经营规模不断壮大，团队由2017年的13名中方员工发展至目前的109名中方员工和142名本地雇员。
In 2017, the oil company won the operation service project of the gas processing plant in the Misang Oilfield for the first time. The overseas team worked hard to improve their technical skills and successively secured projects such as operation services for water treatment plants, maintenance services for electric submersible pumps, and operation services for crude oil processing plants. As the business scale continues to grow, the team has expanded from 13 Chinese employees in 2017 to the current 109 Chinese employees and 142 local employees.

Jawad的成长之路是采油公司142名伊拉克员工的缩影。伊拉克历经多年战乱，工业基础薄弱，急需培养出本地化石油行业工程师人才。自扎根米桑后，采油公司便把当地雇员的素质水平提升作为重要任务，制定了相应的本地化技能和培训计划，至今已累计培训达5万小时，覆盖近160人次，创造了约155个就业岗位，本地化用工比率超过140%，这一比例在当地外资企业中名列前茅。经过培训的本地大学毕业生技能水平都有了大幅提升，收入同步增加，家庭生活条件也得到了明显的改善。
Jawad's growth journey is a microcosm of 142 Iraqi employees in an oil company. After years of war and with a weak industrial base, Iraq urgently needs to cultivate local talent in the oil industry. Since establishing roots in Missan, the oil company has made it a priority to enhance the quality of local employees, developing corresponding localization skills and training programs. Up to now, it has accumulated 50,000 training hours, covering nearly 160 individuals, creating about 155 job positions, with a localization employment rate exceeding 140%, ranking among the top in foreign-funded enterprises in the region. The skills of locally trained university graduates have significantly improved, their incomes have increased accordingly, and their living conditions have also noticeably improved.
