据了解，本次升级改造项目总投资600万元，依托企业现有2080平方米标准化生产厂房及原有生产设备基础实施升级改造，无需新增建设用地，有效盘活存量资产、节约项目建设成本，实现资源高效利用。项目立足企业原有生产体系，通过优化核心生产工艺、科学调整生产排班、延长有效生产时长、补充配套生产原料等精细化举措，对企业现有年产1500吨水性涂料生产线进行全方位技术优化与产能提质升级。

It is learned that the total investment of this upgrading project reaches 6 million yuan. Relying on the enterprise’s existing 2,080 square meters of standardized production workshops and original production equipment, the renovation will be carried out without additional land occupation. This move effectively revitalizes existing assets, cuts construction costs and realizes efficient resource utilization. Based on the original production system, the enterprise will conduct all-round technical optimization and capacity improvement on the existing production line with an annual output of 1,500 tons of water-based coatings by refining core production processes, reasonably adjusting production schedules, extending effective production hours and supplementing supporting raw materials.

在升级原有产线的基础上，企业同步布局新品类产能，新增一条年产1200吨水性胶水生产线，进一步丰富企业水性环保产品矩阵，实现水性涂料、水性胶水双品类协同生产，有效填补企业产品体系空白，大幅提升企业在环保水性新材料领域的市场适配能力与供货能力。

On the basis of upgrading the original production line, the enterprise synchronously distributes the production capacity of new categories, adding a new production line with an annual output of 1200 tons of water-based glue, further enriching the enterprise's water-based environmental protection product matrix, realizing the coordinated production of water-based coating and water-based glue, effectively filling the gap in the enterprise's product system, and greatly improving the enterprise's market adaptation ability and supply ability in the field of environmental protection water-based new materials.

工艺方面，本项目主打绿色环保生产模式，核心生产工序采用投料分散、物理搅拌等纯物理加工工艺，全程不涉及化学反应，生产过程安全环保、能耗可控、污染物排放低，契合当下绿色制造、低碳生产的行业发展导向。依据《国民经济行业分类》（GB/T4754-2017）标准，本项目分属C2641涂料制造与C2669其他专用化学产品制造行业类别，属于精细化工绿色升级改造范畴。
