本报哈尔滨5月16日电 （胡艳波 何佳曦 康健）5月15日，佳木斯至鹤岗铁路改造工程进入静态验收阶段，标志着佳鹤铁路主体工程建设基本完成，距开通运营更近一步。

静态验收是铁路工程竣工验收的重要环节，涵盖工务、通信、信号、电力及牵引供电、房建、环水保系统等多个专业，是判定工程质量、确定工程能否按期投入运营的关键程序，也是对工程建设、设备安装的一次全面“体检”。据悉，佳鹤铁路静态验收工作将从5月中旬一直持续至6月底，在静态验收结束后将接续开展动态验收、初步验收、安全评估等工作，为线路开通运营做好准备。

It is reported that the static acceptance of Jiahe Railway will last from mid-May to the end of June. After the static acceptance, dynamic acceptance, preliminary acceptance and safety assessment will be carried out to prepare for the opening and operation of the line.

为确保佳鹤铁路静态验收工作顺利实施，中国铁路哈尔滨局集团有限公司高标准推进佳鹤铁路改造工程，细化静态验收、动态验收、初步验收、安全评估等时间节点安排。他们建立竣工验收各方协调联动机制，强化验收问题整改销号进度，严格验收程序，确保验收质量，压实参建各方验收主体责任，确保工程高质量开通。

In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the static acceptance of Jiahe Railway, China Railway Harbin Bureau Group Co., Ltd. promoted the reconstruction project of Jiahe Railway with high standards, and refined the time node arrangement of static acceptance, dynamic acceptance, preliminary acceptance and safety assessment. They set up a coordination and linkage mechanism for all parties involved in the completion acceptance, strengthened the progress of rectification and cancellation of acceptance problems, tightened the acceptance procedures, ensured the acceptance quality, compacted the acceptance responsibility of all parties involved in the construction, and ensured the high-quality opening of the project.

据悉，佳鹤铁路改造工程于2019年开工建设，2021年10月全线铺轨贯通，2021年11月全线最大的新建站房鹤岗站投入运营。线路全长71.5公里，设佳木斯、西佳木斯、莲江口、半截河、鹤立、鹤岗南、大陆、鹤岗8座车站。该线路开通后，佳木斯至鹤岗列车运行时间将进一步缩短，对于加快城市转型发展，助力东北全面振兴、全方位振兴具有重要意义。

It is reported that the reconstruction project of Jiahe Railway started construction in 2019, and the whole line was paved in October 2021.Through the rail, Hegang Station, the largest new station building on the whole line, was put into operation in November 2021. The total length of the line is 71.5km, and there are 8 stations in Jiamusi, West Jiamusi, Lianjiangkou, Banjiehe, Heli, Hegang South, Mainland and Hegang. After the opening of this line, the running time of trains from Jiamusi to Hegang will be further shortened, which is of great significance for accelerating the transformation and development of the city and helping the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China.
