本报北京6月5日电 （记者郑晨）6月3日，中老铁路开通运营满半年，客货运输呈现量质齐升态势，国际物流黄金大通道作用日益显现。截至6月2日，中老铁路累计发送旅客327万人次，其中国内段286万人次、老挝段41万人次；发送货物403万吨，其中跨境货物64.7万吨。

提升客运服务品质，精准满足出行需求。铁路部门统筹疫情防控和客运组织，科学分析旅客出行规律，精准投放运力资源，丰富客运产品供给，较好地满足了沿线民众求学、探亲、就医、旅游、商贸等出行需求。中老铁路国内段精准实施“一日一图”，动态增开动车组列车，日均开行客车43.2列，最高峰日开行65列，最高单日发送旅客3.3万人次。中老铁路老挝段陆续新开通嘎西、孟阿、纳磨、纳堆4个客运站，办理客运业务车站增至10个，新购置1列“澜沧号”动车组列车和1列普速旅客列车，实现动车组与普速旅客列车共线运行，为旅客提供更多出行选择，日均开行客车6列，高峰日开行8列，最高单日发送旅客近5000人次；同时，延长车票预售时间，在老挝主要城市开设售票点，极大地方便了老挝人民乘坐火车出行。随着客运站点和车次逐渐增多，老挝境内乘坐火车到万象、万荣、琅勃拉邦等旅游城市观光的旅客数量大幅增长，有力激活了沿线旅游经济。

The railway department co-ordinated epidemic prevention and control and passenger transport organization, scientifically analyzed passenger travel patterns, accurately allocated capacity resources, and enriched passenger transport product supply to better meet the travel needs of people along the route for schooling, visiting relatives, medical treatment, tourism and trade. The domestic section of the China-Laos Railway precisely implemented the "one day, one map" and dynamically increased the number of trains, running an average of 43.2 passenger trains daily, with 65 trains running on the peak day and a maximum of 33,000 passengers sent on a single day. The Lao section of the China-Laos Railway opened four new passenger stations in Gaxi, Mona, Nama and Nadu, increasing the number of stations handling passenger services to 10. At the same time, ticket presale hours have been extended and ticket outlets have been set up in major cities in Laos, greatly facilitating the travel of Lao people by train. With the gradual increase in the number of passenger stations and trains, the number of passengers travelling by train to Vientiane, Vanrong, Luang Prabang and other tourist cities in Laos has increased significantly, which has strongly activated the tourism economy along the route.

打造国际物流通道，助力外贸保稳提质。中老铁路在中国和东盟间构建起一条便捷国际物流通道，运输时间大幅压缩，物流成本显著降低。随着今年1月区域全面经济伙伴关系协定（RCEP）正式生效，中老国际物流需求日益旺盛。万象南、纳堆、万荣、琅勃拉邦、蓬洪等站陆续开办货运业务，积极探索“澜湄快线+跨境电商”“中老铁路+中欧班列”“中老铁路+西部陆海新通道班列”等铁路国际运输新模式，增强了中老铁路辐射效应，提升了跨境货运能力，让更多企业享受中老铁路带来的机遇和红利。开通半年以来，中老铁路累计发送货物403万吨，其中跨境货物64.7万吨；国内21个省市先后开行中老铁路跨境货运列车，运输货物品类由开通初期的化肥、百货扩展至电子产品、光伏产品、冷链水果等100多种，已覆盖泰国、缅甸、老挝、马来西亚、柬埔寨、新加坡等近10个国家和地区。

Since its opening half a year ago, the Sino-Lao Railway has sent a total of 4.03 million tons of goods, including 647,000 tons of cross-border goods; 21 domestic provinces and cities have started cross-border goods trains on the Sino-Lao Railway, and the categories of transported goods have expanded from fertilizers and department stores at the initial stage of opening to more than 100 kinds of electronic products, photovoltaic products, cold-chain fruits, etc., which have covered nearly 10 countries such as Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Malaysia, Cambodia, Singapore and regions.

强化运营维护管理，保障运输安全畅通。中老双方精心组织中老铁路国内段、老挝段铁路基础设施检修维护，确保设备设施状态稳定良好。针对中老铁路首次度汛，相关单位充分运用卫星地图、无人机等手段，加强线路巡查和隐患整治，严格落实雨季安全行车规章制度，确保运输安全万无一失；加强与海关、边检、地方口岸管理等部门的沟通交流，建立健全定期会商、联勤联动机制；在海关强力推动下，优化查验流程，推进运用铁路“快速通关”模式，火车出境前、入境后无需在口岸停留转关，海关查验在内地铁路场站完成，大幅提升了口岸通关效能；减免铁路集装箱保证金和延期使用费，增加境外还箱点数量，进一步降低全程物流成本；严格落实“外防输入”要求，加强口岸疫情防控，坚持人、物、设备、环境同防措施，坚决切断疫情通过铁路输入的链条。
