湖北钟祥：农文旅融合开发萝卜全产业链

世界寿乡生态美，钟祥富硒萝卜香。5月20日，“世界长寿之乡”湖北荆门钟祥市举办第二届萝卜养生文化旅游节暨富硒农产品种植技术研讨会。中国工程院院士、中国农科院油料所研究员李培武，湖北省农科院院长游艾青等专家作报告。湖北省农业农村厅、武汉大学、中国农科院南方经济作物研究中心等单位的相关学者，企业家代表出席活动。

On May 20th, Zhongxiang City, Jingmen, Hubei Province, the "Hometown of The World's Longevity", held the 2nd Radish Health Culture Tourism Festival and the Seminar on Planting Technology of Selenium-rich Agricultural Products. Li Peiwu, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and researcher of the Oil Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and You Aiqing, president of the Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and other experts made reports. Relevant scholars and entrepreneurs from the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Hubei Province, Wuhan University, southern cash crop research center of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and other units attended the event.

活动开幕式在钟祥旧口镇七里湖街道荆沙蔬菜种植专业合作社举行。该合作社跻身全国农民专业合作社示范社行列，2021年综合发展指数居全国百强农民专业合作社第5位。合作社注册的“七里湖萝卜”获得国家地理标志产品、绿色食品双认证。2022年5月7日，又获富有机硒产品认证证书。

The opening ceremony of the event was held at the Jingsha Vegetable Planting Professional Cooperative in Qilihu Street, Jiukou Town, Zhongxiang. The cooperative ranks among the national farmers' professional cooperative demonstration cooperatives, and the comprehensive development index in 2021 ranks fifth among the top 100 farmers' professional cooperatives in china. The "Qili lake radish" registered by the cooperative has obtained the double certification of national geographical indication product and green food. On May 7, 2022, it was also awarded the certificate of rich machine selenium products.

“旧口熊萝卜美名远扬，萝卜特色小镇家喻户晓，这是荆沙合作社的骄傲，也是钟祥的骄傲！”钟祥市委副书记粟建湘介绍，12年来，在各级党委政府的正确引导和大力支持下，荆沙合作社理事长熊绪兴把一个常年种植、毫不起眼的小萝卜，做成了横跨23个村、连片12万亩、年产销40万吨、经营收入达6亿元的大产业，为1360户社员架起合作桥，为500多户贫困户刨出致富路。在此举办萝卜养生文化旅游节，是要把钟祥农文旅融合这支“潜力股”变成“绩优股”，不断壮大百强合作社和家庭农场，力争在钟祥大地上培育更多的国家级新型农业经营主体。

Su Jianxiang, deputy secretary of the Zhongxiang Municipal CPC Committee, said that in the past 12 years, under the correct guidance and vigorous support of the party committees and governments at all levels, Xiong Xuxing, chairman of the Jingsha Cooperative, has made a perennially grown and inconspicuous small radish into a large industry spanning 23 villages, 120,000 mu, with an annual production and sales of 400,000 tons and an operating income of 600 million yuan, built a cooperative bridge for 1,360 household members, and paved a road for more than 500 poor households to get rich. The purpose of holding the Radish Health Culture Tourism Festival here is to integrate zhongxiang agricultural culture and tourism into a "potential stock" into a "performance stock", continuously strengthen the top 100 cooperatives and family farms, and strive to cultivate more state-level new agricultural business entities in zhongxiang land.

孟夏繁花开，祥娃笑迎来。开幕式上公布了钟祥萝卜节吉祥物征集结果——祥娃，以钟祥萝卜为创意核心元素，结合神韵如意图案，设计出了左手“欢迎”右手“点赞”这样一个健康自信的钟祥萝卜娃娃。

“钟祥萝卜，源于千余年的历史传承、产于汉水滩的特殊土壤、强于探路者的科技渗入、盛于全链化的产业形态、冀于高质量的发展梦想。”钟祥市副市长王琴介绍，汉水滩上种出的钟祥萝卜，皮白、肉嫩、味醇、营养价值高，形成了独有的地域特色。近十年来，钟祥萝卜产业从种植为主向购销、仓储、物流延伸，从农商结合向产销加一体化延续，从一元主体向多元主体延展，与科研单位共同开发富硒加工制品，已成为当地乡村产业振兴的重要载体。

"Zhongxiang radish originates from more than a thousand years of historical inheritance, the special soil produced in Hanshuitan, the scientific and technological infiltration stronger than pathfinder, the industrial form of the whole chain, and the dream of high-quality development." Wang Qin, vice mayor of Zhongxiang City, introduced that the Zhongxiang radish grown on the Hanshui Beach has white skin, tender flesh, mellow taste and high nutritional value, forming a unique regional characteristic. In the past ten years, the Zhongxiang radish industry has extended from planting to purchase, warehousing and logistics, from the combination of agriculture and commerce to the integration of production and marketing, from the monolithic main body to the diversified main body, and jointly develop selenium-rich processed products with scientific research units, which has become an important carrier for the revitalization of the local rural industry.

节会期间，以钟祥萝卜为主要食材，改良传统菜品，创意推出了“萝卜宴”，包含萝卜蟠龙菜、海参萝卜汤、萝卜鸡蛋饼等色、香、味俱全的18道菜。江中食疗生态健康饮料生产、贺杨集蔬菜深加工等5个项目在开幕式现场签约，计划总投资20亿元。湖北广电红色文艺轻骑兵进行了助推乡村振兴文艺演出。

During the festival, with Zhongxiang radish as the main ingredient, the traditional dishes were improved, and the "Radish Feast" was creatively launched, including 18 dishes with full color, aroma and flavor such as radish panlong dish, sea cucumber radish soup, radish egg cake and so on. Five projects, including the production of ecological health drinks in Jiangzhong Diet and the deep processing of vegetables in Heyangji, were signed at the opening ceremony, with a total planned investment of 2 billion yuan. Hubei Radio and Television Red Literary and Artistic Light Cavalry carried out a literary and artistic performance to promote rural revitalization.

据了解，“十四五”期间，钟祥市将着力实施“压舱石”农业产业化强市计划，大力培育具有自主知识产权、适宜本地种植的区域性专业萝卜良种，积极探索萝卜种植天敌选育、尾菜处理、有机产品开发等新路径和新技术，深入推进富硒萝卜产品、加工制品和旅游名品开发，使萝卜产业真正成为钟祥的一张名片，成为湖北优势农产品产业集群化发展的标杆。
