政策性投保，建立公益林保险机制。为防范和抵御森林资源风险，有效保护生态公益林建设成果，促进林业稳定发展，有利于改善林业投融资环境，促进林业可持续发展，根据国家有关法律法规和《自治区党委办公厅 人民政府办公厅印发〈宁夏天然保护修复制度实施方案〉的通知》、《自治区财政厅关于开展政策性森林保险有关事项的通知》精神，积极探索森林保险工作，特别是在宣传推广、定损理赔、风险防控等环节。对区域内生态公益林55.19万亩，购置中央财政补贴型公益林综合保险，投保金额110.38万元，实现了对公益林火灾、虫灾等自然灾害险的财政统保，达到林业、保险业与银行业互惠共赢。
