在新的征程上，如何更好地把青年团结起来、组织起来、动员起来，为实现第二个百年奋斗目标、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦而奋斗？总书记给共青团提出了4点希望：坚持为党育人，始终成为引领中国青年思想进步的政治学校；自觉担当尽责，始终成为组织中国青年永久奋斗的先锋力量；心系广大青年，始终成为党联系青年最为牢固的桥梁纽带；勇于自我革命，始终成为紧跟党走在时代前列的先进组织。这为共青团的下一步工作指明了方向，各级共青团组织要认真学习贯彻习近平总书记重要讲话精神，尽快落实到实际行动中，不辜负总书记的殷切希望。

This has pointed out the direction for the next step of the Communist Youth League's work.
