及时开展隐患排查，确保隐患动态清零。为应对当下民航面临的严峻复杂安全态势，做好前置风险管控，维修工程部结合工作实际，深入一线开展飞机安全隐患排查，保证飞机持续适航，确保机队运行安全平稳。

以专项监察为突破口，精准排查隐患，先后开展机坪无动力设备、夏秋换季、防风害、疲劳管理、西北辖区取消无过站等专项监察，同时在节假日前开展专项监察，以系统性自查为抓手，以点带面排查隐患，截止目前共排查问题隐患34个，对发现问题深入分析，举一反三，实现动态清零。

精细化管控飞机停场期间APU使用时间，大大降低燃油消耗的同时，也为“蓝天保卫战”做出贡献。维修工程部成立杜艳辉工作室，开展创新项目研发，经过选材、制作、试装等环节，研发出飞机大翼“翼衣”，在有降雪天气情况下合理使用，可以大大降低飞机除防冰液的使用量，从而降低费用支出，切实堵塞“跑冒滴漏”。

维修工程部持续实施每周学习日、FM安全电台播报制度，定期开展内部培训学习、案例分析、安全交流，截至目前开展88期学习、播报131期安全电台。通过规章我来讲、飞机系统知识讲解等方式开展技能展示，对民航规章、飞机系统原理知识等内容备课讲解，使工作中常用的知识、技能以更丰富的形式让全员掌握、熟知，并通过日常工作实践，活学活用，为维修工程部开展安全工作打下坚实基础。
