以课题研究为载体，打造学习型教师团队，激发内生动力。合肥市长丰县下塘镇初级中学（现名安徽师范大学附属下塘实验学校初中部）受城镇化发展影响，多年来硬件投入不足，办学条件艰苦，学生人数从高峰时的2000多人逐渐流失到两年前的200多人，优秀教师尤其是青年教师大量离开，留守教师年龄结构老化，且普遍没有工作积极性。为改变这一现状，安徽师大教育发展集团派驻夏祥友、刘和海、杨守峰管理团队和学校原有班子共同商定办法——首先通过集体备课、形成校本课程，为教师集体减负；其次，通过落实双周教育论坛，写好反思论文，服务课堂教学。在此过程中，刘和海教授发挥自身课研资源优势，带领教师结合教学工作，将反思论文申报成课题，每个课题带动两三位教师参与，2021年，下塘学校共有十余位教师参与研究，顺利完成一项国家级项目子课题、一个省级、三个市级总共五个课题项目的研究。这对于一个薄弱的乡村学校来说，是前所未有的突破，大大提升了教师工作的积极性和自信心，同时通过教学与课研相互促进，教师教学能力得到迅速提升，精神面貌大为改观。像下塘学校一样，安徽师范大学托管的其他学校也采取同样措施，积极申报国家、省、市、县课题，两年来已获立项27个。

安徽师范大学把“办人民身边的满意学校”作为帮扶托管的目标，经过两年来的努力实践，一大批教师焕发了新动力，一批优秀学子茁壮成长，一大批学校也赢得了家长和社会口碑。国家“双减”政策实施以来，各托管学校严格执行党的方针政策，精准实施教育教学活动，科学安排课后服务工作，大力抓好素质教育。在各地举办的丰富多彩的学生竞赛活动中，获得县级三等奖以上的学生达590多人次，其中市级三等奖以上超过100人次。
