11月30日至12月1日，由共青团中央等单位联合举办的第七届中国青年志愿服务项目大赛圆满落幕。中航集团依托国航内蒙古公司倾力打造的辽阔草原上的“中航蓝天课堂”志愿服务项目在全国千余个优秀项目中脱颖而出，凭借鲜明的特色、扎实的成效和创新的运行机制成功进入全国赛终评并荣获金奖，取得了“中航蓝天课堂”志愿服务项目在全国级赛事中的新突破。至此，“中航蓝天课堂”已先后获得第五届至第七届中国青年志愿服务项目大赛铜奖、银奖和金奖，实现了全国青年志愿服务舞台上的“大满贯”。

So far,"AVIC Blue Sky Class" has won the Bronze Award, Silver Award and Gold Award in the 5th to 7th China Youth Volunteer Service Project Competition, realizing the "Grand Slam" on the stage of national youth volunteer service.

“中航蓝天课堂”志愿服务项目秉承“志智双扶”理念，在集团定点帮扶地区广西昭平县和内蒙古苏尼特右旗常态化开展乡村振兴志愿服务行动。项目有力有序推进、持续优化升级，通过开展长短期志愿支教、教师专项培训、家风家教建设等活动，形成了以学生美育、教师培育、家庭教育“三位一体”的帮扶模式。截至2024年12月，已组织65批次、605人次志愿者提供志愿支教16359课时；开展教师专题培训班20次，覆盖帮扶地区教育工作者2400余人次；开展家庭亲子教育活动、家风家教讲座12次，覆盖当地150个家庭。

Adhering to the concept of "Zhizhi Shuangfu", the volunteer service project of "AVIC Blue Sky Classroom" regularly carries out volunteer service actions for rural revitalization in Zhaoping County of Guangxi and Sunite Right Banner of Inner Mongolia, which are designated by the Group. The project has been vigorously and orderly promoted, continuously optimized and upgraded, and through the implementation of short-term and long-term voluntary teaching, special training for teachers, family style and family education construction activities, a "trinity" of student aesthetic education, teacher cultivation and family education has been formed. As of December 2024,65 batches of 605 volunteers have been organized to provide 16359 volunteer teaching hours; 20 special training classes for teachers have been carried out, covering more than 2400 educators in the supporting areas; 12 family parent-child education activities and lectures on family conduct and family education have been carried out, covering 150 local families.

2017年，国航内蒙古公司充分利用自身优势，在内蒙古苏尼特右旗打造辽阔草原上的“中航蓝天课堂”志愿服务项目，面向当地青少年量身打造多元化的实践内容，开展涵盖航空科普教育、多维走访参观、现场“沉浸式”体验的夏令营活动。从地面到空中、从机下到机上、从机坪到机库，带领孩子们“零距离”接触国产民机、彩绘飞机、特种车辆，全方位增进对航空产业、航空服务的认识。目前夏令营已开展5期，覆盖当地学生144名，旨在帮助帮扶地区青少年开阔眼界、增长见识，铸牢中华民族共同体意识，厚植爱党爱国的红色基因与航空报国的远大志向。

In 2017, Air China Inner Mongolia Company made full use of its advantages to build a voluntary service project of "AVIC Blue Sky Classroom" on the vast grassland in Sunite Right Banner, Inner Mongolia, tailor-made diversified practical contents for local teenagers, and carried out summer camp activities covering aviation science popularization education, multi-dimensional visits and on-site "immersion" experience. From the ground to the air, from the aircraft to the aircraft, from the apron to the hangar, lead the children to "zero distance" contact with domestic civil aircraft, painted aircraft, special vehicles, and comprehensively enhance their understanding of the aviation industry and aviation services. At present, five summer camps have been launched, covering 144 local students, aiming to help young people in the region broaden their horizons, increase their knowledge, build up the consciousness of the Chinese nation community, and plant the red gene of loving the Party and patriotism and the lofty ambition of serving the country by air.

此次荣获中国青年志愿服务项目大赛金奖，是对“中航蓝天课堂”志愿服务项目七年来扎实推进和持续创新的充分肯定，更是对中航集团践行载旗航空公司使命担当、深耕乡村振兴工作的高度认可。未来，中航集团共青团将以此为新起点，持续创新打造乡村振兴志愿服务品牌项目，践行服务“国之大者”的使命职责，为有力有效推进乡村全面振兴、巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果贡献青春力量。
