New technologies such as "cloud, big things, intelligent movement" are being rapidly applied all over the world, and digitalization has become the future development trend of the civil aviation industry. This paper discusses how the civil aviation security inspection industry will build new competitive advantages in the future by giving three key words of "empowerment, no sense, and integration", so that digital technology will become a new kinetic energy driving the innovation and development of the industry.
近年来,民航安检领域正加快打造“数字安检”,充分发挥海量数据和丰富场景应用的优势,通过数字化技术将传统的安检业务流程、安全研判、管理决策模式与相关的业务数据进行双向映射、动态交互和实时连接,使安检全链条的数据与流程进行深度融合,将以往分散的数据进行汇总处理。通过大数据分析和智能算法,改变传统思维和工作模式,赋予安检人员更准确、更高效地识别潜在威胁,以更强大的能力应对安全挑战,为旅客提供更安全的环境,推动行业高质量发展。笔者认为,数字时代民航安检未来发展将体现在以下三个关键词。

一、关键词之一:赋能,数字化重铸民航安检新业态

民航安检部门坚持一条工作主线,就是实现将安检核心业务从数字化到智能化再到智慧化转变。以数字化转型和流程再造为抓手,促进“数实融合”、“AI+场景”建设,赋能业务场景可视化、智能化,提升数字化表达能力、数据融合供给能力和分析推演计算能力,实现从经验决策向数字决策转变,从设施驱动向效率驱动转变。通过打造面向全域的立体安全管控体系,建设安检数智管理平台,以数据驱动业务、数据驱动管理、数据创造价值,构建“用数据说话、用数据管理、用数据决策”的新局面,实现业务自动化、信息扁平化、管理智能化、决策科学化。具体从以下四个路径重铸安检新业态:
