Common sense that must be known when flying
(1) Dietary precautions before boarding the plane
Do not eat foods that contain too much fiber and are easily fermented and gas-producing before boarding the plane to avoid bloating and loss of appetite on the plane.
Do not eat too much. Eating a large amount of greasy or high-protein food that is not easily digested can lead to bloating, diarrhea and susceptibility to airsickness. Do not board the airplane hungry. When flying, the changes in temperature and air pressure at high altitude make the body need to consume more calories. You need to eat food with high calorie content, and it is easy to be nauseous when your stomach is empty, so you should eat easy-to-digest and nutritious food before you get on the plane. In principle, one to one and a half hours before boarding the plane, according to personal preference, choose to eat some bread, snacks, milk, lean meat and fruit, as long as eight minutes full.
