据交通运输部微信公众号消息，11月13日，交通运输部党组书记、部长李小鹏主持召开专家学者座谈会，听取相关意见建议。座谈会上，全国政协委员、中国财政科学研究院院长刘尚希，全国政协委员、北京交通大学教授钟章队，大连海事大学教授李颖、国家发展改革委综合运输研究所所长汪鸣、中车集团总工程师王军、部公路科学研究院院长张劲泉、中国民航科学技术研究院副院长胡华清、北京邮电大学现代邮政学院(自动化学院)教授刘晓平、原北京市轨道交通指挥中心主任战明辉分别结合各自领域和专长，提出了意见建议。
According to the official WeChat account of the Ministry of Transport, on November 13th, Li Xiaopeng, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Minister of the Ministry of Transport, Li Xiaopeng, chaired an expert and scholar symposium to solicit relevant opinions and suggestions.During the symposium, suggestions were put forth by various experts and scholars including Liu Shangxi, a National Committee member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and President of the Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences; Zhong Zhangdui, a National Committee member of the CPPCC and Professor at Beijing Jiaotong University; Li Ying, Professor at Dalian Maritime University; Wang Ming, Director of the Comprehensive Transportation Research Institute of the National Development and Reform Commission; Wang Jun, Chief Engineer of China National Railway Group; Zhang Jinqi, President of the Highway Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport; Hu Huaqing, Vice President of the China Academy of Civil Aviation Science and Technology; Liu Xiaoping, Professor at the School of Modern Postal Service (Automation College) at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications; and Zhan Minghui, former Director of the Beijing Rail Transit Control Center. They provided opinions and suggestions based on their respective fields of expertise.

On November 10,the State Post Bureau held an expert symposium to listen to the opinions and suggestions of experts and scholars on the high-quality development of postal express industry in the new era. Zhao Chongjiu, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the State Post Bureau, presided over the symposium.
会上，来自国家有关部委、研究机构、高校及新闻单位的8位专家，结合各自研究领域，围绕在推进中国式现代化进程中邮政快递业的定位、提升行业发展水平、完善行业治理能力、提升产业链供应链现代化水平、跨境电商与国际寄递物流体系建设、打造邮政快递业现代化服务体系、更好发挥行业在服务国家经济社会发展中的作用等议题，进行了深入地阐述，并提出了意见建议。
During the symposium, eight experts from relevant national ministries, research institutions, universities, and news units, each specializing in their respective fields, provided in-depth insights and suggestions on various topics related to the postal and express delivery industry. The discussions centered around the industry's positioning in advancing China's modernization process, enhancing the industry's development level, improving governance capabilities, elevating the modernization of the industry's supply chain, constructing the cross-border e-commerce and international express logistics system, building a modernized service system for the postal and express delivery industry, and maximizing the industry's role in serving the country's economic and social development.

On September 8th, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) issued a statement announcing that it had recently convened a symposium with experts, scholars, and domestic and foreign investors. The meeting delved into the study and implementation of the decisions made during the Central Political Bureau meeting on July 24th. During the symposium, experts and scholars such as Wu Xiaoqiu, Liu Jipeng, Fan Yun, Lin Yixiang, Gao Shanwen, representatives from investment management institutions including Bosera Fund, Southern Fund, Chongyang Investment, Daohe Investment, as well as officials from overseas institutions like Temasek, BlackRock, and Bridgewater, and some individual investor representatives, freely expressed their views on how to perceive the current macroeconomic situation, invigorate the capital market, and boost investor confidence. The discussions revolved around promoting the balance of investment and financing in the capital market, attracting more medium and long-term funds, further regulating the reduction of shareholdings, increasing cash dividends, optimizing trading mechanisms, strictly punishing false information disclosure by listed companies, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of small and medium-sized investors.
