4月12日，民航局召开国际民航组织航空安保审计总结会议，回顾总结迎审工作，对做好审计整改和全年空防安全工作进行研究部署。民航局局长宋志勇出席会议并讲话，民航局副局长崔晓峰主持会议，民航局副局长韩钧出席会议。

宋志勇表示，此次安保审计既是对中国民航安保体系和能力的一次系统检验，也是中国向国际社会展示形象、分享经验的难得机会。行业各单位按照民航局部署要求，克服不利因素和困难挑战，精心组织、上下联动、紧密协作，以高效的组织指挥、过硬的安保实力、完善的标准体系、严格的责任落实、优良的工作作风，最终取得较高符合率的优异成绩，圆满完成预期目标。

宋志勇要求，要坚持以审促建促治，总结运用好迎审工作经验，精心制定整改方案，高质量落实整改措施，加快完善法规规章体系，强化规章标准落实，加强航空安保国际合作，持续深化整改提升，促进安保工作上新台阶。
Song Zhiyong emphasized the need to adhere to the principle of using audits to promote construction and governance. He stressed the importance of summarizing and applying the experience gained from the audit, carefully formulating rectification plans, implementing rectification measures with high quality, accelerating the improvement of the legal and regulatory system, strengthening the implementation of regulations and standards, enhancing international cooperation in aviation security, continuously deepening rectification and improvement efforts, and promoting the aviation security work to a new level.
宋志勇强调，要再接再厉，持之以恒做好空防安全工作。要提高政治站位，坚持以习近平总书记关于民航安全工作的重要指示批示为根本遵循做好空防安全工作，以总体国家安全观统筹谋划空防安全工作，以谱写交通强国建设民航新篇章为方向部署推进空防安全工作。要提升治理能力，强化空防安保各项工作机制建设，切实落实空防安全“四个责任”，加快推进空防安全治理现代化。要主动防控风险，抓好民航安保和反恐防范风险排查，持续深入整治“机闹”，提高安检查控能力，提升航空器消防救援水平，加强境外风险管控，切实强化重大风险防范应对。要持续改革创新，与时俱进优化规章制度体系，稳步推进新技术新设备应用，加强配套政策供给，以高水平空防安全保障民航高质量发展。

It is necessary to elevate political awareness, adhere to the fundamental principle of implementing General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and directives on civil aviation safety, coordinate air defense security work under the overall national security framework, and promote air defense security work in line with the goal of building a strong aviation nation. Governance capabilities need to be enhanced by strengthening the construction of various mechanisms for air defense security, effectively implementing the "four responsibilities" for air defense security, and accelerating the modernization of air defense security governance. Proactive risk prevention and control measures should be taken, focusing on risk assessment and prevention in civil aviation security and counter-terrorism, continuing to crack down on disruptive incidents in aviation, improving security check capabilities, enhancing aircraft firefighting and rescue capabilities, strengthening overseas risk control, and effectively reinforcing measures to prevent and respond to major risks. Continuous reform and innovation are necessary, including keeping pace with the times to optimize the regulatory system, steadily advancing the application of new technologies and equipment, strengthening policy support, and ensuring high-level air defense security to guarantee the high-quality development of civil aviation.
围绕落实本次会议精神，崔晓峰表示，民航各单位、各部门要切实把思想和行动统一到民航局党组决策部署上来，再接再厉、戒骄戒躁，加强组织领导，抓好统筹推进，强化责任担当，把各方面空防安全任务抓实抓细抓具体，全力以赴做好防风险、保安全、护稳定、促发展各项工作，坚决守牢民航空防安全防线。

民航局迎审办、民航华北地区管理局、民航华东地区管理局、北京大兴机场、青岛机场、东方航空、青岛航空分别汇报了迎审工作总结，与会者集体观看了迎审工作纪录片。民航局相关司局，民航各地区管理局、监管局，各航空公司、运输机场，相关局属单位有关负责同志，民航局公安局处级以上干部参加会议。
