7月26日，民航局党组理论学习中心组举行集体学习，传达学习习近平总书记关于党的建设和组织工作的重要指示精神，深入学习习近平总书记关于党的建设的重要思想，开展研讨交流，研究思路举措，坚定不移推动民航系统全面从严治党向纵深发展。民航局党组书记、局长宋志勇主持学习并讲话，党组成员、副局长崔晓峰、胡振江参加学习，崔晓峰作交流发言。

On July 26th, the Party Group Theoretical Study Center of the Civil Aviation Administration held a collective study session. During the session, they conveyed and studied the important instructions from General Secretary Xi Jinping regarding party construction and organizational work. They delved deep into Xi Jinping's important ideas on party construction, engaged in discussions and exchanges, researched approaches and measures, and remained steadfast in promoting the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party within the civil aviation system, advancing it to a deeper level. Song Zhiyong, the Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Civil Aviation Administration, presided over the study and delivered a speech. Cui Xiaofeng and Hu Zhenjiang, members of the Party Group and Deputy Directors of the Administration, participated in the study, with Cui Xiaofeng giving an exchange speech.

These ideas have emerged in response to the requirements of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and represent a major theoretical innovation. They have demonstrated significant political, theoretical, and practical importance in the course of advancing the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the new great project of party construction.Party organizations at all levels within the civil aviation system and the vast number of Party members and cadres should deeply study and comprehend these important ideas. They should continuously deepen their understanding of the ideas' significance, status, role, and theoretical contributions. It is important to effectively use these ideas to arm their minds, guide their practices, and promote their proactive initiative. 宋志勇强调，要坚持以习近平总书记关于党的建设的重要思想为指引，坚定不移推动民航系统全面从严治党向纵深发展。学深悟透这一重要思想，用以指导民航系统党的建设，找出破解党建难题的实招硬招；持续强化党的政治建设，坚持不懈抓好理论武装，持续深化对党忠诚教育，推动民航系统各级党组织和党员干部更加深刻认识“两个确立”的决定性意义，坚决做到“两个维护”；切实加强基层党组织建设，抓实各级党委建设，深入推进“四强”党支部建设；坚持党管干部、党管人才原则，加强领导班子和干部队伍建设，加强民航人才队伍建设；始终坚持严的总基调正风肃纪反腐，一体推进不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐，打好自我革命攻坚战、持久战；巩固深化巡视整改成果，持续抓好加强党的领导和党的建设、推动民航高质量发展五项重点任务以及各专项行动计划落实，确保整改落到基层、见到实效。
