Rural Revitalization: A Cross-Thousand-Mile Encounter Between Grassland and Tea Garden

深秋，广西昭平县的山林中，翠绿的茶园阵阵暗香浮动，绿芽上凝聚着新生的力量；千里之外的内蒙古苏尼特右旗，悠扬的马头琴声响起，在草原的辽阔中与广西的青翠共鸣。跨越2000多公里，中航集团在两地定点帮扶中搭建起了苏尼特右旗与昭平携手共进的桥梁。随着国航“凤舞蓝天促振兴”主题航班越过万里河山，来自内蒙古草原的非遗文化，飞向了广西的山水之境。记者跟随中航帮扶人的脚步，远赴广西昭平，见证了两地以文化为纽带的真情交流，感受跨越山海的真情。

In late autumn, the mountains and forests of Zhaoping County, Guangxi, are filled with the rich fragrance of green tea gardens, where tender buds symbolize new vitality. Meanwhile, in Sonid Right Banner, Inner Mongolia, located thousands of miles away, the melodious sound of the Ma Touqin (Horse Head Fiddle) lingers, blending with the greenery of Guangxi on the vast grassland. AVIC has constructed a connection between Sonid Right Banner and Zhaoping County, spanning over 2,000 kilometers, to jointly promote the designated assistance of these two regions. Air China's themed flight, "Phoenix Dancing Blue Sky Promoting Revitalization," has traversed thousands of miles, bringing the intangible cultural heritage from Inner Mongolia's grasslands to Guangxi. Following the footsteps of AVIC's assistance team, the reporter arrived in Zhaoping, Guangxi, to witness the genuine exchange between the two places, facilitated by cultural ties, and to experience the deep affection that transcends mountains and seas.

种下一颗远方的种子

Plant a distant seed

“我想和你去那远方的远方，那是一个叫昭平的地方。”10月29日，昭平县江口镇江口村小学的音乐教室中，孩子们稚嫩清澈的童声合唱如溪水般在山间流淌，将中航人与昭平人民同心奋进的故事娓娓道来。这首《远方的远方》由中航集团员工作词作曲，将中航人对帮扶事业的热爱、对祖国的深情和对昭平人民的朴素情谊诉诸悠扬旋律。自2015年来，中航集团在江口村的学校基础建设、办公设备和美育教育方面共计投入200多万元，不仅让这个村级小学硬件焕然一新，还通过“中航蓝天课堂”志愿支教使大山里的孩子们看见了未来的无限可能。

On Oct. 29, in the music classroom of Jiangkou Village Primary School in Jiangkou Town, Zhaoping County, the children's clear chorus echoed through the mountains, a testament to the collaboration between AVIC and the people of Zhaoping. The song "Far Away", penned by AVIC employees with a melodious tune, conveys their dedication to the assistance cause, love for the motherland, and affection for Zhaoping. Since 2015, AVIC has invested over 2 million yuan in the school's infrastructure, equipment, and aesthetic education. This has not only transformed the school's facilities but also, through the "AVIC Blue Sky Classroom" volunteer teaching program, opened up new horizons for the mountain children.

歌声回荡在这所山水间的百年老校，同学们迎来了远道而来的“草原小伙伴”——来自苏尼特右旗第四小学的同学代表。江口村小学的学生们热情地用当地原创玩偶“茶小昭”迎接远方的草原朋友，而草原第一支“红色文艺轻骑兵”乌兰牧骑队员则带来了草原的传统舞蹈和悠扬的长调，将草原的苍劲辽远展现在大家眼前。

Songs echoed in the century-old mountain school as students welcomed "grassland friends" - delegates from Sonid Right Banner No.4 Primary School. Jiangkou Village Primary School pupils greeted them with the local "Cha Xiaozhao" doll, while the grassland's first "red literary light cavalry" Wulan Muqi members presented traditional dances and long - tune melodies, showcasing grassland vitality.

两地的孩子们在交流中逐渐熟悉起来，纷纷沉醉于来自远方的新奇文化。江口村小学的学生们用略显生涩的普通话向“小小乌兰牧骑”队员们讲述广西的茶园与山水，而苏尼特右旗的孩子们则用生动的比喻向大家描述广袤草原的故事。“去年，在内蒙古我看到了辽阔的大草原，非常震撼，今年我们昭平的青山绿水同样不会令远道而来的好朋友们失望。”江口村小学的学生代表说道。“小小乌兰牧骑”也代表苏尼特的小朋友们分享了心里话：“我感受到了不同地域文化的魅力，感受到了文化的交流力量，感谢中航集团的叔叔阿姨们为我们创造了这个美好机会。”这场茶山与草原的对话，让一颗关于远方的种子，在两地孩子们的心中生根发芽。他们的远方，是故乡，是梦想，是未来的无限希望。

As the children from both regions interacted, they grew familiar and captivated by each other's distinct cultures. The students of Jiangkou Village Primary School shared stories of Guangxi's tea gardens and landscapes in their slightly accented Mandarin. In return, the children from Sonid Right Banner painted vivid pictures of their vast grasslands with imaginative metaphors. "Our green mountains and waters in Zhaoping will not let our friends down," said a student representative from Jiangkou Village Primary School. "We feel the charm of different cultures and the power of exchanges. Thanks to AVIC Group for this wonderful opportunity," said "Little Wulan Muqi" on behalf of the children from Sunit. This cultural exchange between tea plantations and grasslands has planted seeds of inspiration in the children's hearts. These seeds represent their hometowns, dreams, and hopes for the future.

相知相亲无远近

Distance cannot hinder mutual understanding and affection

夜色初上，昭平县文化广场灯火璀璨。10月29日晚，“民族一家亲，同心共欢歌”惠民演出和非遗文化交流活动拉开帷幕，青山与草原的文化之美在此相遇，传统文化的根脉在山海间相连。

As night falls, Zhaoping County Cultural Square sparkles with lights. On the evening of October 29th, the "One National Family, Singing Together with One Heart"惠民 performance and intangible cultural exchange activities commenced, where the cultural beauty of green hills and grasslands converged, and the roots of traditional culture connected across mountains and seas.

在非遗展台前，来自草原的手工艺人，用精湛的技艺雕刻出栩栩如生的草原风光，木雕、皮雕上的深邃纹路仿佛记载了游牧民族的悠久历史；另一侧，昭平县黄姚豆豉和黄精酒的浓郁香气萦绕不散，让山林的韵味近在咫尺。这场非遗交流，让两地的非遗文化有了更广阔的展示舞台，也将两地非遗融入当代生活，焕发出新的生机。

At the intangible cultural heritage booth, grassland craftsmen used superb skills to carve vivid scenes of the grasslands. The deep lines on wood and leather carvings seemed to record the long history of nomads. Meanwhile, the rich aroma of Zhaoping County's Huangyao tofu and Huangjing wine lingered, bringing the charm of the mountains within reach. This intangible cultural heritage exchange has provided a broader stage for displaying the heritage of both places and integrated it into modern life, giving it new vitality.

此次交流活动带来的不仅是技艺与匠心之美，更是一种相遇相知的心声。苏尼特右旗的非遗传承人兴奋地表示：“以前我只是在自己的工坊里做，而今在中航集团的帮助下，能有机会在千里之外的青山绿水边展示，让更多人看到我的雕刻作品，无比自豪。”昭平县的油茶制作者也颇感触地说：“我们的昭平油茶，不仅是美食，更是祖祖辈辈的生活方式，是我们的骄傲。”通过中航集团的努力，两地非遗文化在天南地北的碰撞里，让观众领略了中华优秀传统文化的多元魅力，涵养更深层的文化自信。

This exchange activity showcases craftsmanship and provides a platform for mutual understanding. An inheritor from Sonid Right Banner proudly shared, "I used to work alone in my workshop. Thanks to AVIC, I can now display my carvings amidst the beautiful landscapes of Zhaoping, allowing more people to appreciate them." Similarly, Zhaoping's camellia oleifera makers remarked, "Our product is not just a delicious food but a way of life that we take pride in." Through AVIC's efforts, the intangible cultural heritage of both regions enables audiences to experience the richness of Chinese traditional culture and fosters greater cultural confidence.

由广西壮族自治区文旅厅、苏尼特右旗乌兰牧骑、昭平县文艺工作者、广西师范大学音乐学院师生携手中航江口凤之音合唱团，以及“时代楷模”国航金凤乘务组带来的“民族一家亲，同心共欢歌”惠民演出将现场气氛推向高潮。草原风情的马头琴、低沉悠远的呼麦与昭平人民的喝彩交织在一起，勾勒出一幅文化融合的美丽画卷。表演中，中航集团职工原创的《让爱永在旅途》和《请到苏尼特草原来》《初心不变》等歌曲带动了现场观众的热情，蒙古族群舞《塔木沁牧歌》与广西特色舞蹈《花瑶帽》轮番上演，展现了两地人民的热情和对未来的期盼。

The performance of "A National Family, Sing Together" by the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Cultural Tourism Department, Sonid Right Banner Wulan Muqi, Zhaoping County literary and art workers, teachers and students of Guangxi Normal University Conservatory of Music, AVIC Jiangkou Fengzhiyin Choir, and the "Model of the Times" Air China Jinfeng Crew pushed the atmosphere to a climax. The grassland-style Ma Touqin and the low and distant Humai intertwined with the applause of Zhaoping people, outlining a beautiful picture of cultural integration. During the performance, songs like "Let Love Be on the Journey Forever", "Please Come to Sunit Grassland", and "The Original Heart Remain Unchanged", originally written by AVIC employees, aroused the enthusiasm of the audience. The Mongolian group dance "Tamuqin Pastoral Song" and the Guangxi characteristic dance "Huayao Hat" were staged in turn, showing the enthusiasm and expectation of the people of the two places for the future.

扎根沃土共赴未来

Rooted in Fertile Soil, Marching to the Future Together

王丽是2019年通过中航集团帮扶专项招聘进入国航的一位昭平籍员工，去年7月，她作为志愿者陪伴家乡的合唱团孩子们去了千里之外的苏尼特右旗，亲身见证当地的蓬勃发展。中航集团帮扶建设的光伏扶贫村级电站、熊猫羊育种基地等项目让她更深刻地体会到了草原“蔓生千里”的力量。她记得到达那天，草原刚被一场大雨洗礼，新生的草芽铺满了大地，郁郁青青。那茁壮的草芽与昭平茶山上的新叶一样，饱含生机与希望。草原和茶园虽远隔千山万水，却都成了她心中无法磨灭的风景。广阔的草原让王丽感知生命的丰盈，昭平的山水则让她牢记根的所在，中航集团的帮扶让她与两地紧密相连，共同以不屈不挠的韧劲向上生长。

Wang Li, a native of Zhaoping County, joined Air China through AVIC's special assistance recruitment program in 2019. In July last year, she accompanied the choir from her hometown as a volunteer on a journey to Sunit Right Banner, thousands of kilometers away. She witnessed the vigorous development of the local area, including AVIC's assistance projects such as the photovoltaic poverty - alleviation village - level power stations and the giant panda sheep breeding base. These projects deepened her understanding of the grassland's "thousand - mile vitality." On the day she arrived, the grassland had just been refreshed by a heavy rain, with new grass sprouts carpeting the earth, lush and full of life. These vigorous grass sprouts, like the new leaves on Zhaoping's tea mountains, were brimming with vitality and hope. Though separated by thousands of kilometers, both the grassland and the tea garden have become unforgettable landscapes in her heart. The vast grassland has made her perceive the abundance of life, while Zhaoping's mountains and rivers have reminded her of her roots. AVIC's assistance has closely connected her with both places, enabling her to grow together with them in an unyielding and resilient manner.

这次跟随文化交流团与媒体团回到家乡昭平，王丽终于有机会向远方的朋友介绍自己家乡的风土人情。“每次回家都像是在重新认识自己的家乡。”在当地人民群众的努力和中航集团的帮扶下，昭平焕发了前所未有的生机：现代化的茶叶加工厂、崭新的乡村道路、层层加高的小楼、家家户户脸上的笑容……这些变化让她感到骄傲的同时，也被乡愁所包裹，她笑说自己正应了那句诗：“儿童相见不相识，笑问客从何处来。”看着孩子们在田间玩耍奔跑，那些充满青春活力的笑脸让她不禁回望自己的来时路。曾经的曲折坎坷已踏成坦途，新一代人的远方，正是中航人与家乡人民一同努力建设的美好未来。

Returning to her hometown of Zhaoping with the cultural exchange and media groups, Wang Li finally had the chance to introduce her hometown's customs to friends from afar. "Every time I come home, it's like rediscovering my roots," she said. Thanks to the local people's hard work and AVIC's support, Zhaoping has been transformed - modern tea factories, new rural roads, taller buildings, and smiles on everyone's faces. These changes filled her with pride and a tinge of nostalgia. "I've become a stranger in my own hometown," she joked, echoing the lines, "Children I don't know smile and ask where the traveler comes from." Watching kids play in the fields, their youthful joy reminded her of her own journey. The past hardships had given way to hope, and the future, she believed, would be built by AVIC and the locals working hand in hand.

昭平大兀山茶园，草原的长调穿透云雾，在山林间回响。昭平瑶乡的乡亲们手拉着手，将乌兰牧骑的朋友们围在中央，绘成心连心的圆。此刻，南北不同民族的文化在歌声中彼此聆听，相知的心灵在舞步中紧紧相连，携手奔赴美好未来的情谊在这片山水间深深扎根，绵延如茶山绿意，悠远如草原长风。

At Chaoping’s Dayu Mountain Tea Garden, the Mongolian long-tune cuts through the mist, echoing in the forest. In Chaoping’s Yao village, locals hold hands, encircling the Ulan Muqi members in a heart to heart circle. Here, cultures of different southern and northern ethnic groups listen to each other in songs, connect in dances, and forge a bond for a shared bright future, taking root in this scenic land, as enduring as the tea-mountain green and as boundless as the grassland wind.
