就扎实做好深化巡视整改工作，宋志勇提出了四点要求。一要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记重要讲话精神和党的二十大精神，进一步增强深化巡视整改工作的责任感使命感。要自觉把思想和行动统一到习近平总书记重要讲话精神上来，统一到党中央的重大决策部署上来，坚定捍卫“两个确立”，坚决做到“两个维护”。要进一步提高政治站位，强化政治自觉，深刻认识巡视整改既是压力、更是动力，整改的过程就是推动改革、促进发展的过程，持续推动巡视整改向纵深发展。二要突出重点任务，注重统筹结合，扎扎实实抓好深化巡视整改工作。要紧紧抓住问题，敢于动真碰硬，紧盯中央纪委审核意见指出问题深化整改，接续抓好局党组巡视整改方案明确的中长期任务深化整改，聚焦加强党对民航工作的全面领导、全面深化民航改革、安全监管模式创新、优化资源配置、深化全面从严治党五项重点任务深化整改，切实把整改承诺落实到行动中，把整改措施落实到成效上。三要坚持上下联动，强化成果运用，推动巡视整改落到基层、见到实效。加大对各单位整改落实情况的督促检查力度，在整改任务上做到上下联通、系统集成，在整改标准上做到上下相同、一贯到底，在整改落实上做到上下贯通、执行有力，切实做到问题不解决不放过，整改不到位不放过。四要加强组织领导，确保深化巡视整改取得更大成效。要把抓好深化整改当作对各级党组织和党员干部政治态度、党性原则、责任意识和担当精神的重大考验，加强组织领导，保持力度、韧劲，进一步强化使命担当，以系统思维推进整改；进一步发扬斗争精神，靠攻坚克难深化整改；进一步加强督导检查，用严的标准检验整改，把整改落实不断引向深入。
