5月30日15时9分,一架身披国旗、编号为B-658H的C919飞机平稳降落在北京首都国际机场,国航第四架C919飞机正式入列。
At 15:09 on May 30, a C919 aircraft adorned with the national flag and registered as B-658H smoothly landed at Beijing Capital International Airport, marking the official induction of Air China's fourth C919 aircraft into its fleet.
此次接机任务正值国航飞行总队第七飞行大队成立一周年。回顾一年的成长和发展,机队紧紧围绕政治素养提升、管理体系建立、保证安全第一、训练质量和效率并重、人员作风养成五个方面持续发力,相继开通了北京—上海、北京—杭州、北京—成都、北京—武汉、北京—重庆、北京—温州6条航线,努力打造一支政治过硬、德才兼备、技术精湛、作风优良的国产民机队伍。
The aircraft delivery mission coincided with the first anniversary of the establishment of Air China Flight Corps's Seventh Flight Brigade. Over the past year, the fleet has focused on five aspects: the improvement of political literacy, the establishment of management system, the guarantee of safety first, the balance of training quality and efficiency, and the cultivation of personnel style. It has successfully launched six routes—Beijing-Shanghai, Beijing-Hangzhou, Beijing-Chengdu, Beijing-Wuhan, Beijing-Chongqing, and Beijing-Wenzhou—while striving to build a domestic civil aircraft team with strong political commitment, integrity, professional excellence, and exemplary conduct.
着力提升政治素养 始终牢记安全第一

机队成立伊始,大队党委将“政治过硬”作为根本要求,构建起立体化思想引领体系。一方面,不断提升全体干部的政治素养和理论基础,发挥干部的引领和带动作用,确保国航C919机队的政治底色始终鲜明如初。另一方面,在改装动员、入队教育等关键节点嵌入作风建设课程,以过硬政治作风守护载旗航司C919机队品牌形象。
From the very inception of the fleet, the Brigade Party Committee has established "political excellence" as its foundational principle, constructing a comprehensive ideological guidance framework. The system operates on dual fronts: First, it continuously enhances the political literacy and theoretical grounding of all cadres, leveraging their exemplary leadership to maintain the unwavering political integrity of Air China's C919 fleet. Second, it incorporates professional conduct training at critical junctures - including conversion mobilization and induction programs - thereby safeguarding the brand reputation of our flag-carrier C919 fleet through exemplary political discipline.
大队深刻认识到国产机队安全工作的政治属性,坚持从政治视角审视安全、用管理思维剖析问题,将“初心、匠心、耐心”的安全理念贯穿飞行运行全过程,着力构建全员安全共同体。截至5月31日,机队累计安全飞行4916小时,完成安全起降2154架次。
The brigade is deeply aware of the political significance inherent in operating a domestic fleet. Insisting on examining safety from a political perspective, analyzing problems with management thinking, we have embedded our core safety concept of "dream, ingenuity and patience" throughout all flight operations, fostering a comprehensive safety culture among all personnel. As of May 31, the fleet had flown 4916 hours safely and completed 2154 safe takeoff and landing sorties.
加强制度体系建设 激活规范运行链条
Strengthening Institutional Systems to Activate Standardized Operational Processes
章法为基,方圆乃成。大队结合实际,按照业务模块和工作内容,梳理制定了有关安全管理、风险管控、训练管理、队伍管理、党建行政等方面的规章制度和工作流程共计25项,并与时俱进修订完善,逐步建立起适应机队发展的科学管理体系。
The method is based on the rules, so the radius is made. Based on operational realities, we have developed and continually refined 25 rules and regulations and work content related to safety management, risk control, training protocols, personnel administration, and party building governance. These living documents, categorized by functional modules and operational requirements, and revised and improved them with the times to form a dynamic management ecosystem that ensures both standardization and adaptability.
针对C919机型特性,大队构建“内外双循环”协同机制:对内与机务工程部、运行控制中心建立协商机制,通过定期例会、深度复盘等形式有效沟通、强化协同;对外与中国商飞搭建常态化交流渠道,通过业务座谈、技术研讨等方式,及时发现并规避运行问题,为机队持续安全运行奠定基础。
According to the characteristics of the C919 aircraft, the brigade has built a "internal and external dual circulation" coordination mechanism. Internally, we've developed collaborative frameworks with the Maintenance & Engineering Department and Operations Control Center to effectively communicate and enhance coordination through regular meetings and in-depth resumption. Externally, we maintain ongoing communication channels with COMAC, conducting operational discussions and technical exchanges to promptly identify and mitigate operational challenges. This comprehensive approach lays a solid foundation for the fleet's sustained safe operations.
在新任职干部培养方面,大队从安全管理、生产管理、训练管理、队伍管理等方面加强对新任干部的辅导和培养,注重“传帮带”作用发挥,建立结对帮扶机制,确保干部履职能力与岗位需求精准匹配。
In training of new cadres, the brigade strengthens the guidance and training of new cadres from the aspects of safety management, production management, training administration, and personnel leadership, pays attention to knowledge transfer and peer support through establishing a structured pairing mechanism to ensure that cadres perform their duties. Thereby, we aim to maintain operational excellence across all management levels.
在训练基础建设领域,大队构建起完备的制度体系:编制修订核心文件及规章制度,从模拟机训练规范到教员资质管理均实现标准化,为训练工作提供全流程指引。
In the field of training infrastructure development, the brigade has established a complete system. This system, with all core documents and rules and regulations, encompasses everything from simulator training standards to instructor qualification management, meticulously developed and regularly updated to provide full-process guidance for training operations.
强化理论实操能力 打造职业化飞行队伍
Strengthen theoretical and practical competencies to build a professional flight crew
保障飞行安全,人才是核心支撑。大队立足这一关键,精心构建精细化训练体系,持续筑牢人才根基。截至5月31日,大队已顺利完成29名机长与30名副驾驶的C919转机型训练,在航班生产中有序完成进入人员的飞行经历建立,为机队持续安全运行提供坚实人力保障。
Safety in flight is fundamentally underpinned by skilled personnel. Recognizing this critical factor, the brigade has meticulously developed a precision training system to continuously strengthen its talent foundation. As of May 31, we have successfully completed C919 type-rating training for 29 captains and 30 first officers, while systematically building flight experience for new crew members during operational flights. This comprehensive approach provides robust human capital assurance for the fleet's sustained safe operations.
人才培养与队伍建设相辅相成,大队多维度发力锻造高素质飞行队伍。一方面,将作风建设深度融入日常管理,每月安全教育例会专门设置“作风讲评”环节,结合典型案例深入剖析,真正做到“教育在日常、提示在经常”;同时构建起座谈调研、一对一谈心、现场检查相结合的多维监督体系,推动全员实现从“他律约束”到“自律坚守”再到“自觉践行”的作风蜕变。
Talent training and team building complement each other, the brigade multi-dimensional approaches to forge high-caliber flight crews. On the one hand, We deeply integrate professional conduct into the daily management, and the monthly safety briefings featuring dedicated "conduct evaluation" sessions, combined with in-depth analysis of typical cases to embed continuous learning. At the same time, we've established a comprehensive oversight system combining roundtable discussions, one-on-one mentoring to promote the whole staff to realize the style transformation from "other discipline restraint" to "self-discipline and adherence" to "conscious practice.
另一方面,着力构建开放包容的机队文化生态,通过开展“我为群众办实事”实践、“掌控习惯,安全飞行”主题读书等活动,有效提升了队伍的认同感和归属感,形成“心齐、气顺、劲足”的良好协作氛围,为国产大飞机事业凝聚起强大发展合力。
On the other hand, we have focused on fostering an open and inclusive fleet culture. Through initiatives like the "Serving Our People" practical activities and the "Mastering Habits, Flying Safely" reading campaign, we have significantly enhanced team cohesion and sense of belonging. This has cultivated a collaborative environment characterized by "united purpose, harmonious relations, and vigorous dedication," generating powerful synergies for the advancement of China's homegrown large aircraft program.
