为提升定点帮扶地区影响力，促进乡村振兴，中航集团发挥航空+帮扶优势，携手全国第一支乌兰牧骑内蒙古自治区苏尼特右旗乌兰牧骑代表、苏尼特右旗非遗技艺传承人代表、国航“时代楷模”金凤乘务组代表组成文化交流团，走进定点帮扶的广西壮族自治区贺州市昭平县，助力当地开展“传承非遗瑰宝·共促文化振兴”主题活动，推广帮扶地区非遗技艺，弘扬中华优秀民族传统文化，加强帮扶地区各民族群众的交往、交流、交融，进一步促进民族团结，不断凝聚帮扶合力。

10月29日晚，由广西壮族自治区文旅厅、苏尼特右旗乌兰牧骑、昭平县文艺工作者、广西师范大学音乐学院师生及国航金凤乘务组带来的“民族一家亲，同心共欢歌”惠民演出，将整个文化交流活动推向高潮，奔放的草原歌舞、浑厚的呼麦、悠扬的马头琴、富有广西特色的歌舞表演，还有中航职工原创的《让爱永在旅途》《请到苏尼特草原来》《梦想的力量》等歌曲，为昭平人民呈现了一场文化盛宴。

当天，在昭平县文化广场，来自苏尼特右旗、昭平县各类非遗艺术让人眼前一亮，既有昭平茶、黄姚豆豉、创意石画、黄精酒制作、昭平油茶等加工技艺呈现，也有蒙古族木雕、皮雕、传统服饰、驼奶制品等加工技艺展示，让现场观众一饱眼福。

系列活动期间，文化交流团还参观了中航集团援建的部分产业类、民生类项目，实地见证中航集团十二年来与帮扶地区携手共进、努力奋斗取得的累累硕果。此外，昭平县昭平镇江口村小学的同学们，还与远道而来的苏尼特右旗第四小学的同学代表们，在江口村小学共同参加了一场“从草原到茶园”的生动文化课，近距离感受苏尼特右旗非遗传承人和乌兰牧骑队员带来的非遗文化展示和表演。

据悉，十二年来，中航集团累计向帮扶地区投入无偿帮扶资金2.71亿元；投入有偿帮扶资金3.74亿元；组织员工采买及帮助销售帮扶地区农特产品超4.1亿元；协助当地培训各类基层干部、技术人员超过1.7万人次；帮扶专项招聘员工79名；开展“中航蓝天课堂”志愿支教项目，选派62批次、576人次赴当地开展志愿支教，累计支教15000余课时，用心用情用力围绕民生保障、“五大振兴”等方面积极内引外联，形成了帮扶合力，为帮扶地区提供了力所能及的支持，当地人民群众的获得感、幸福感、安全感不断增强。
