以案为鉴筑防线。分公司通过组织党员干部员工参加集团警示教育大会、制作并下发分公司典型案例通报、选取典型案例专栏推送等形式加强警示教育。要求各单位党委结合实际开展覆盖全员的纪法警示教育活动，以组织关键岗位人员参观警示教育基地、组织职工深入学习《治安管理处罚法》《道路交通安全法》等法律法规、学习集团保卫部编发的职工违法犯罪典型案例材料和本单位内部案例等多种形式，用身边事教育身边人。

The branch company is strengthening warning education through various means, such as organizing party members, cadres, and employees to attend the group's warning education conferences, producing and distributing typical case reports within the branch company, and featuring a column on typical cases for dissemination.They require party committees in various units to conduct comprehensive discipline and legal warning education activities covering all employees. 明纪明规知行止。分层分类开展纪律教育和廉洁教育。要求分公司各单位党委组织理论学习中心组纪律教育专题学习；分公司纪委将编制纪检专题应知应会手册、结合巡察工作邀请专家讲授党纪法规。各级党委聚焦下属单位“一把手”和班子成员，有针对性地开展谈话提醒，督促“关键少数”履职尽责、廉洁用权；将纪律教育纳入新员工入职教育、干部任前谈话、发展党员培训、基层党务人员培训中，引导扣好廉洁从业“第一粒扣子”；聚焦管人、管钱、管物、管审批等重要岗位干部，开展针对性纪律教育和廉洁教育，切实增强风险防范意识；结合纪检队伍教育整顿工作，加强对纪检人员纪律教育、谈心谈话，持续提高认识、增强本领能力。

Targeted discipline and integrity education is carried out to enhance risk awareness effectively. In alignment with the education and rectification work of the discipline inspection team, discipline education and heart-to-heart talks with discipline inspection personnel are strengthened, continuously improving awareness and competence.

廉音声声颂清风。通过宣传海报、专栏推送等多种方式，宣传推广集团廉洁文化建设优秀案例；组织青年党员和纪检干部，打造以弘扬清正廉洁为主旋律、容易传唱和流行的廉政歌曲，通过专栏传播“廉声音”，让廉洁主旋律入脑入心；以“爱廉说”专栏为载体，廉政主题展馆VR云参观为抓手，深入推进清廉载体建设。要求各单位党委结合工作实际组织开展多种形式廉洁文化建设主题活动，营造风清气正浓厚氛围。

The sound of integrity resounds, singing the praises of a clean atmosphere. Through various means such as promotional posters and dedicated columns, they are actively propagating and promoting exemplary cases in the construction of the group's culture of integrity. They are organizing young party members and discipline inspection personnel to create integrity songs that uphold cleanliness and integrity as the central theme, making them easy to sing and popular. 践行初心扬担当。分公司组织开展“一个传统、六种精神”主题宣传活动，重点突出“高高原精神”宣传，设计制作相关主题的LED屏宣传画面、电脑桌面背景、手机背景等，并下发至各单位宣传推广；充分发挥分公司荣誉室作为中航集团爱国主义教育基地的宣教作用，组织各单位在荣誉室开展企业文化教育等活动。要求各单位党委结合工作实际开展主题宣传活动，引导干部职工充分认识集团精神谱系的重要意义，挖掘宣传身边践行“一个传统、六种精神”的优秀员工、典型事例，强化正面示范引领。
