航天科技集团公司专题研讨党建工作体系建设

8月27日，中国航天科技集团公司召开党建工作体系建设专题研讨会，并就集团公司党建工作体系建设课题组发布的前期研究成果展开了广泛而深入的讨论。

就如何进一步完善党建工作体系、提高集团公司党建科学化水平，他提出了4点要求：一要系统总结中国航天创建50多年来特别是集团公司成立13年来，党建工作领域积累和创造的好的经验和做法，并认真总结存在的问题和不足；二要围绕集团公司未来发展，特别是集团公司整体发展方向、研究院的专业集团化和专业公司的市场化等问题，围绕新形势、新体制、新机制的发展需求，进一步创新和完善党建工作体系；三要围绕创先争优活动，结合保持党员纯洁性、先进性教育活动，加强基层党组织建设，完善长效机制；四要围绕即将召开的党的十八大的要求和精神，进一步完善和建设好党建工作体系，更好地发挥党员的主体作用和先锋模范作用，以及各级党组织的政治核心作用。

马兴瑞强调，各单位党委书记要时刻保持清醒头脑，对于“保成功、保增长、保稳定”的任务形势做到心中有数，将党建工作和科研生产等中心工作紧密结合起来，并自觉承担起义不容辞的责任。
