Song Zhiyong, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Civil Aviation Administration, and Zou Tianjing, the leader of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at the Ministry of Transport, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Cui Xiaofeng, a member of the Party Group and Deputy Director of the Civil Aviation Administration, presided over the meeting, and Hu Zhenjiang, Han Jun, Ma Bing, Deputy Directors of the Civil Aviation Administration and Comrade Li Bo from the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group stationed at the Ministry of Transport attended the meeting.
宋志勇指出，2023年，民航系统各级党组织认真贯彻落实习近平总书记重要指示批示精神和党中央决策部署，坚持以党的政治建设为统领，以学习宣传贯彻党的二十大精神为主线，高质量开展主题教育，扎实做好中央巡视、审计整改工作，加强干部人才队伍建设和基层党组织建设，持续纠“四风”树新风，一体推进“三不腐”，加强思想政治工作和群团等工作，推动党建各项工作取得新进展新成效，为民航安全稳健恢复发展提供了坚强保证。

邹天敬在讲话中回顾了过去一年的纪检监察工作，对新一年工作提出要求。他强调，民航系统各级党组织、纪检组织要认真学习领会习近平总书记在二十届中央纪委三次全会上的重要讲话和全会精神，自觉把思想和行动统一到党中央决策部署上来，自觉把全会部署转化为做好纪检监察工作的思路举措，忠实履职尽责，认真落实健全全面从严治党体系任务要求，纵深推进民航系统正风肃纪反腐，为推动民航高质量发展、奋力谱写交通强国建设民航新篇章、切实发挥中国式现代化开路先锋作用提供坚强保障。要提高政治站位，更加自觉用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想统领纪检监察一切工作；突出“两个维护”，以强有力政治监督保障党中央大政方针落实到位；坚持一体推进“三不腐”，不断铲除腐败土壤条件；持续有力纠治“四风”，深化落实中央八项规定精神；始终坚持严的基调，全面加强纪律教育；紧盯关键少数重点领域薄弱环节，做实做细日常监督；发扬彻底的自我革命精神，努力当好党和人民忠诚卫士。
